The rooftop level features a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a serene retreat high above the main living areas. The main level hosts four further king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, ensuring a sense of ease and privacy just steps from the social heart of the home. On the lower level, seven additional king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms complete the 12-suite collection, creating the feel of an intimate, fully serviced hotel reserved exclusively for your party. Throughout, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a private pool, together with a garden, terrace, balcony, barbecue and parking, are complemented by an elevator that links the floors. Guests should be aware that check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, allowing staff ample time to prepare the villa to its exacting standards, and a minimum stay of seven nights applies. In addition, the Italian government might require the payment of a per person, per day Visitor’s Tax depending on the location of the villa, which may apply for the first seven days of your stay and is payable locally in Euros.
