Seven beautifully appointed bedrooms, arranged across multiple levels, provide flexibility for extended families, couples travelling together, or a hosted celebration in one of Italy’s most coveted regions.

Inside the main villa, each floor has been thoughtfully configured for both comfort and independence. The upper and middle levels each feature a queen bedroom, with a private or ensuite bathroom for effortless ease. The lower floor is designed for larger groups, with two queen beds and four twin beds, each sleeping space paired with its own ensuite. The annex adds another serene queen bedroom with ensuite, ideal for guests seeking an extra touch of privacy. Throughout, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a curated selection of amenities combine with housekeeping and staff included to create a polished, hotel-quality experience with the warmth of a private villa.

Outdoors, the villa invites long, sun-soaked days between the pool, landscaped garden, and barbeque, with a gym and sound system on hand for wellness and entertainment. Families are particularly well catered for, with babies, children and toddlers all welcome, plus practical touches such as a washer, parking, mobility access, and an in-villa safe. Guests should be aware that the semi-private beach is reached via a steep staircase from the property and may not suit those with limited mobility. The Italian government may require a per person, per day Visitor’s Tax for up to the first seven days of your stay, payable locally in Euros. A security deposit will be held by credit card and confirmed one week before arrival, with American Express and Diners cards not accepted.
