Breck Mountain Grandeur is an expansive six-bedroom villa in Breckenridge, Colorado, thoughtfully designed for up to sixteen guests seeking an elevated Rocky Mountain escape. Generous bedroom arrangements, including four king beds, one queen, a queen sofa bed, two queen-over-queen bunks and two full-over-full bunks, make it ideal for multi-generational families and groups travelling together. After days exploring The Rockies, gather around the fireplace or sink into the hot tub and let the mountain air complete the experience.

Leisure and entertainment are beautifully considered throughout this Breckenridge retreat. A fully equipped kitchen with blender, coffeemaker, hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, ice maker and toaster makes cooking together as social as dining out, supported by a dishwasher for effortless clean-up. Evenings can unfold over a friendly game at the billiard table or table tennis, favourite films on the TV with satellite or cable, or music through the sound system. Outdoors, a barbeque and firepit invite long, lingering nights under Colorado skies, while Wi-Fi and an office space keep you as connected as you wish to be. Throughout your stay from mid-November through mid-April, complimentary use of The Breck Haus shuttle, bookable via a convenient app, adds seamless ease to your mountain days.

Practical comforts are quietly woven into the experience at Breck Mountain Grandeur, with a washer, dryer, hairdryer, towels, and iron and ironing board all provided. The villa welcomes babies, toddlers, children and pets, with parking for two vehicles in the garage and three on the driveway, though four-wheel drive is required in the winter months. For reassurance, the property is fitted with an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor that measures volume levels only and does not record audio. The home does not have built-in air conditioning, although portable A/C units may be available to rent for an additional fee. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, and check-in and check-out are set at 16:00 and 10:00 to ensure everything is perfectly prepared for each new arrival.A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay.
