Oregon Timber Lodge welcomes you to one of Steamboat’s most luxurious mountain villas, artfully crafted with authentic timbers reclaimed from an Oregon gold mine. This remarkable detail sets the tone from the moment you arrive, surrounding you with a sense of history and craftsmanship that is rare in modern ski homes. Generous living spaces invite large groups to unwind together, whether gathered by the fireplace after a powder day or sharing relaxed evenings in the elegant dining areas.

Perfectly suited for extended families and groups of friends, Oregon Timber Lodge offers six beautifully appointed bedrooms and eight bathrooms, with sleeping arrangements that include three king beds, two queen beds, and three XL twin-over-XL twin bunks. Up to sixteen guests can settle in comfortably, enjoying thoughtful touches throughout and the ease of a fully equipped kitchen, barbeque, satellite or cable TV, and dedicated office space. Wellness and relaxation are at the heart of the experience, with a private gym, hot tub, sauna, and convenient washer and dryer keeping every stay effortless.

Set in Steamboat, Colorado, in the heart of the Rockies, this villa is ideal for all seasons, with ski access subject to snow conditions, weather, and resort operations. During winter, a 4WD vehicle is recommended for added ease and safety on local roads. For peace of mind, the home is equipped with exterior security cameras and an indoor noise-decibel monitor that measures volume levels only and does not record audio. There is no air conditioning, and guests are encouraged to enjoy Colorado’s cool summer evenings by opening windows after sunset, then closing windows and blinds during the day; portable A/C units may be available to rent for an additional fee. Babies, toddlers, and children are welcome, the lead guest must be at least 25 years old, and check-in runs from 16:00 with check-out at 10:00, in a strictly no-smoking environment. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
