Inside, this contemporary chalet blends the welcoming warmth of natural materials with clean modern lines, creating a setting that feels both polished and deeply cosy. Generous lounging spaces invite the whole group to gather by the fireplace after a day in the Rockies, while large windows draw in the mountain light and frame the perfect backdrop for relaxed connection.

Designed to host up to fifteen guests across five beautifully arranged bedrooms and six bathrooms, the chalet offers impressive flexibility for multi-generational families and groups of friends. The considered bedding layout includes two king beds, a split king that can convert to two XL twins, three full-over-king bunks and an additional twin, allowing everyone to find their ideal space. Evenings flow effortlessly from the fully equipped kitchen to leisurely dinners and then to friendly games around the billiard table, before sinking into the inviting hot tub or unwinding by the firepit under the Colorado sky.

Everyday comforts are thoughtfully in place, with Wi-Fi, satellite or cable TV, washer, dryer and private parking, along with a minimum three-night stay to truly settle into Steamboat Alpine Luxe. Guests should note that the home does not have built-in air conditioning, although portable A/C units may be available to rent for an additional fee if desired. For security and peace of mind, there is an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor that measures sound levels only and does not record audio. Parking is limited to a maximum of three vehicles on site, with space for one car in the garage and two on the driveway, and the lead guest must be at least 25 years old, with no smoking permitted anywhere on the property. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
