On the first floor, two king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms create a versatile arrangement for couples, friends and families, complemented by five beautifully appointed ensuite bathrooms. The second floor offers an additional queen bedroom with its own ensuite, forming a tranquil haven for guests who prefer a little separation while remaining effortlessly connected to the heart of the home.

Guests are kindly reminded that arrival is from 16:00, with departure by 10:00, allowing the villa to be perfectly prepared between visits. Stays are for a minimum of seven nights, preserving the unhurried ambience that suits this part of Italy so well. It is also important to note that the Italian government might require the payment of a per person, per day visitor’s tax depending on the location of the villa, which may apply only for the first seven days; this mandatory charge, when applicable, is payable locally in Euros at the end of your stay.
