Designed with flexibility and comfort in mind, the apartment features two beautifully arranged bedrooms, one with a generous king bed and the second offering either a king or twin configuration, both with ensuite bathrooms to ensure privacy for every guest. The welcoming kitchen invites leisurely mornings and convivial dinners, fully equipped with blender, coffeemaker, espresso machine, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, ice maker, kettle, stove and dishwasher, complemented by an in-home washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, and smoking is not permitted anywhere inside, preserving the fresh interiors for all who visit. Guests arriving after 7:00 PM should be aware that a late check-in fee will apply, and a mandatory final cleaning fee is payable locally at the end of the stay. In addition, the Italian government may require a Visitor’s Tax per person per day, potentially for the first seven days in Florence, which must be settled in Euro cash on the spot, ensuring that all formalities are taken care of with ease so you can simply unwind and enjoy your time beside the River Arno.
