Guests should note that this four-level home has no internal elevator, so it may not suit those who prefer to avoid stairs. The property welcomes children but cannot accommodate babies or toddlers, and the lead guest must be at least 25 years old. There is no air conditioning; between June and September, fans are placed in each bedroom and can be provided outside these months on request. Some street noise from the nearby pub can be heard inside, adding a touch of urban character to the setting. The super king bed in the third bedroom can be split into two single beds if advised at the time of booking. Wardrobes are not present in the second and third bedrooms, with convenient storage provided just outside in the hallway. The neighbouring building is scheduled to have scaffolding, with roof and gutter repairs planned from 9 July 2026 for approximately one week, and there is a strict no-smoking policy throughout the home.
