Blackstone Mountain Luxe brings modern alpine living to life in a private neighborhood above Steamboat, Colorado. Designed as a contemporary mountain villa, it pairs clean-lined architecture with warm natural finishes and expansive windows that frame the drama of The Rockies. Perfectly configured for extended families and groups of friends, this four-bedroom, four-bathroom villa welcomes up to fourteen guests with exceptional comfort. The bedding layout is remarkably flexible, with two king beds, a split king that can convert into two XL twins, twin daybeds with trundles, and two bunk setups, including an XL twin-over-XL twin. After time outdoors, return to a home that encourages connection: prepare shared meals in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy film nights with the TV and sound system, or unwind with a game on the console or at the table football. Outside, a barbeque, firepit, hot tub, and private parking complete the relaxed mountain lifestyle.

Every stay at Blackstone Mountain Luxe is supported by thoughtful practical details. In winter, a 4WD vehicle is recommended to comfortably access the home’s elevated location. The villa does not have air conditioning, but Colorado’s naturally cool summer evenings keep interiors comfortable when you open windows after sunset and close them, along with the blinds, during the heat of the day; portable A/C units may be available to rent for an additional fee if desired. For security and neighborhood peace, there is an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor that measures volume levels only and does not record audio. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, smoking is not permitted, and check-in is from 16:00 with check-out by 10:00. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
