This expansive six-bedroom villa has been thoughtfully designed for groups of up to sixteen, with generous living areas that invite everyone to gather in style. Sink into plush seating by the fireplace after days on the mountain, or step outside to savour crisp Rocky Mountain air beneath the stars.

Crafted for both celebration and relaxation, the home offers five king bedrooms, two twins, a twin over full bunk, two twin-over-twin bunks and a queen sofa bed, complemented by five ensuite bathrooms and three additional half baths. Evenings can be as lively or as laid-back as you wish, with a billiard table, cinema room, sound system, satellite or cable TV, and a welcoming outdoor firepit and barbeque. A well-equipped kitchen, complete with coffeemaker, blender, fridge, freezer, hob, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and ice maker, makes hosting effortless, while a hot tub and cosy fireplaces ensure comfort in every season at Breckenridge Alpine Chateau.

Thoughtful practicalities underpin the experience here. Ski-in/ski-out access is available but is always subject to snow conditions, weather and resort operations, while winter arrivals will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle for safe access. The villa does not have built-in air conditioning, although portable A/C units may be available to rent for an additional fee, and fans are provided for comfort. For security and peace of mind, there is an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor that measures volume levels only and does not record audio. Babies, toddlers and children are warmly welcomed, but the lead guest must be at least 25 years old, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, with parking, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, and an iron and ironing board ensuring a smooth, seamless stay. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
