Six beautifully arranged bedrooms provide remarkable flexibility for multigenerational parties and couples travelling together, with thoughtful touches to ensure each guest enjoys a sense of personal space. On the upper level, a serene king bedroom sits alongside a versatile room that can be configured as two XL twins or a split king, adapting effortlessly to different group needs. The lower level features another indulgent king bedroom and a twin-over-twin bunk that children and younger guests will love, making it easy to keep families close by. A separate carriage house adds an extra layer of privacy and exclusivity, offering its own king bed and a queen sofabed for flexible sleeping arrangements. The property is equipped with an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor that measures volume levels only and does not record audio, supporting both comfort and consideration for the surroundings. Guests should be aware that the home does not have air conditioning, although A/C units may be available to rent for an additional fee if desired, allowing you to tailor the indoor climate during warmer periods. In the winter months, when Breckenridge’s snowy landscape is at its most enchanting, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended to navigate local conditions with confidence. Parking is accommodating, with room for two vehicles in the garage and one additional space outside the garage. The atmosphere remains elegantly family-friendly, welcoming babies, toddlers and children, with the hot tub, towels and shower facilities adding to the sense of indulgent comfort. For peace of mind, the lead guest must be at least twenty-five years of age, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, preserving the fresh mountain air and the home’s impeccably maintained interiors for every stay.
