Four king beds, a twin and twin trundle, plus two extra-long twin-over-twin bunks are paired with five ensuite bathrooms and an additional half bath, so everyone has a calm place to unwind after days spent exploring Breckenridge and the wider Rockies. A cosy fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and in-home comforts such as a washer, dryer, sound system, satellite or cable TV, Wi-Fi and a hot tub create a welcoming setting from first light to late evenings. Practical details here are attentively considered. There is space for two vehicles in the garage, and in winter there is no additional outside parking at the home because of snow removal, so plans are best made with this in mind and a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended in the winter months. The property is fitted with an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor, which measures volume levels only and does not record audio, helping to ensure a comfortable environment for both guests and neighbours. The chalet does not have built-in air conditioning, though portable A/C units may be available to rent for an additional fee if desired. For a refined stay, the lead guest must be at least 25 years old, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, ensuring a fresh, family-friendly environment for babies, toddlers and children alike. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay.
