Two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom provide calm, sophisticated havens for couples, while the queen-over-queen bunk room is perfect for children, teens, or friends sharing. A well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances including a coffeemaker, blender, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, and ice maker, invites you to prepare leisurely breakfasts before you head out and memorable dinners when you return. At the end of the day, sink into plush seating by the fireplace, enjoy a soothing soak, or step outside to savour the mountain air, making the most of the hot tub, barbeque, and firepit as the sun goes down over Breckenridge River Chalet.

Thoughtful, practical details ensure your stay is as seamless as it is stylish. The home is fitted with an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor that measures volume levels only and does not record audio, helping to protect both guests and the property. There is no built-in air conditioning; however, portable A/C units may be available to rent for an additional fee if desired. Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway only, and four-wheel drive is recommended during the winter months to navigate local conditions with confidence. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, supporting a refined, family-friendly environment for babies, children, and toddlers alike. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
