The home is equipped with an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor that measures volume levels only and does not record audio, helping maintain a calm environment for both guests and neighbours. Please note that the villa does not have built-in air conditioning; A/C units may be available to rent for an additional fee if desired. For those arriving by car, there is parking for two vehicles in the garage and two in the driveway, and four-wheel drive is required in the winter months. The villa warmly welcomes babies, toddlers and children, while the lead guest must be at least 25 years of age, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, ensuring a fresh, family-friendly retreat from arrival to departure. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay.
