A fully equipped kitchen, complete with blender, coffeemaker, hob, oven, microwave and more, invites relaxed breakfasts, casual barbecues on the terrace and leisurely dinners after days spent exploring the wider Casa de Campo resort.

Life here unfolds between the garden, terrace and inviting pool and hot tub, with housekeeping, staff and Wi-Fi ensuring a smooth and connected stay. Guests enjoy the reassurance of a gated community, onsite parking, a safe, satellite TV and sound system, plus resort access with a Casa de Campo ID card provided on payment of the local registration fee on arrival. The security deposit equals one night’s rental rate, and the lead reservation holder must be at least 26, with identification for all guests supplied at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out at 10:00, and this non-smoking villa welcomes babies, children and toddlers. Property staff primarily speak Spanish and are available between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, with any additional hours incurring an extra fee. Local shoreline conditions and seaweed levels can shift with tides and seasons, and temporary utility fluctuations or power outages may occasionally occur due to maintenance, grid demand or severe weather; guests are encouraged to enquire for the latest details before their stay. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay.
