This three-bedroom villa welcomes up to six guests in refined comfort, with traditional Mediterranean character elevated by contemporary finishes. Thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces flow together, ideal for slow, sun-drenched days followed by long, candlelit evenings.

Each of the three king bedrooms is paired with its own ensuite bathroom, creating a sense of privacy that works beautifully for couples travelling together or an extended family. Generous living areas invite you to unwind in cool, air-conditioned comfort, while the fully equipped kitchen features quality appliances including hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, kettle, blender, toaster and ice maker. A sound system and TV with satellite or cable keep everyone entertained between outings, and high-speed Wi-Fi lets you stay seamlessly connected. Daily housekeeping and included staff enhance the relaxed, serviced feel of the villa, while a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board make longer stays effortless.

Outdoors, you can enjoy the Amalfi climate in the villa’s garden and barbeque area or slip into the hot tub after a day exploring the coast, with an alarm/security system and safe offering additional peace of mind. Guests have access to a gym and convenient parking, and children from 12 years and up are welcome, making Clifftop Amalfi Villa well suited to older families. The property is reached from street level via a set of 78 deep Roman steps, so it is not recommended for guests with limited mobility or those who prefer to avoid climbs. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, smoking is not permitted, and a minimum stay of seven nights applies. The Italian authorities may apply a per person, per day visitor tax (typically for the first seven days), payable locally in Euro cash.
