Inside, the villa’s layout is thoughtfully composed for both comfort and privacy, with two queen bedrooms, each enjoying its own ensuite bathroom. Air-conditioning ensures cool repose on warm summer days, while a welcoming fireplace adds a touch of cosiness when evenings feel breezier. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with fridge, freezer, hob, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, kettle, dishwasher and ice maker, invites relaxed cooking and convivial gatherings, perfectly complemented by an outdoor kitchen for al fresco dining. A private garden frames leisurely afternoons, with beach chairs set around the pool for sun-drenched lounging, and satellite TV plus Wi‑Fi allowing guests to stay connected or unwind with a favourite film between swims. Babies, children and toddlers are warmly accommodated, while the villa’s cliffside setting means access is via 70 stairs from Via Antico Seggio or 30 stairs from Piazza Costantinopoli, where the drop-off usually takes place, so guests should be comfortable with stepped approaches. For added ease on arrival and departure, a porter can be arranged on request to assist with luggage, for an additional fee. Guests should also be aware that the Italian government might require payment of a per person, per day visitor tax, which may apply for the first seven days of the stay depending on the villa’s location, and this is payable locally in Euro cash.
