Six queen bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, give every guest privacy and comfort while keeping everyone close to the heart of the villa. Generous living areas flow easily towards terraces and balconies, inviting long, relaxed days and sociable evenings. With air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite or cable TV and a safe, the villa balances indulgence with everyday ease, while dedicated housekeeping helps keep everything beautifully in order.

Designed for effortless family living, the villa welcomes babies, children and toddlers with thoughtful touches such as a crib and high chair, and practicalities are simplified with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, plus on-site parking. A fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, blender and ice maker is ideal for relaxed cooking or private chef experiences, complemented by a barbeque, terrace, balcony and beach towels, as well as a pool, hot tub, gym, outdoor shower and hairdryers with plush towels in each shower room. Guests should note that check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 09:30, the minimum stay is seven nights, this is a non-smoking villa with smoking only permitted outdoors, and no pets are allowed. Extra beds (maximum two) are available at an additional daily cost, late arrivals after 20:00 incur a supplementary fee, and a refundable damage liability is required. The Italian government may charge a per person, per day visitor’s tax for up to the first seven days, payable locally in Euro cash, and all on-site services are also settled locally before departure.
