Ahead of arrival, One Steamboat Place requires the full names and ages of every guest staying in the residence to be provided in advance. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age, babies, children and toddlers are warmly welcomed, and local no-smoking regulations apply throughout the property, helping to ensure a respectful, tranquil environment for every stay. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay.
