The refined interiors bring together contemporary finishes and the warmth of a classic alpine lodge, with air-conditioning and a welcoming fireplace ensuring year-round ease. Three beautifully arranged bedrooms, with one king bed, one queen, one twin, and a full-over-full bunk, are complemented by one ensuite bathroom, one shared bathroom, and a convenient half bath, creating a graceful balance of privacy and shared space.

Generous open-plan living invites you to unwind after days spent exploring Steamboat and the wider Rockies. A fully equipped kitchen, complete with coffeemaker, espresso machine, blender, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and ice maker, makes lingering over leisurely breakfasts or convivial dinners a pleasure. Edgemont Alpine Elegance has been curated with every thoughtful comfort, from plush towels, bath tub, shower, and hairdryer to washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Step outside to enjoy a barbecue or gather around the firepit in the crisp mountain air, then indulge in resort-style amenities including pool, hot tub, gym, game room, elevator access, satellite or cable TV, and ski-in/ski-out convenience when conditions allow. With babies, children, and toddlers all welcome, this polished villa promises relaxed yet luxurious alpine living.

Important practicalities are seamlessly woven into the experience to ensure a smooth stay. There is parking for one vehicle in the underground parking garage, and additional vehicles cannot be accommodated in the garage or anywhere else on the Edgemont property. Ski-in/ski-out access is dependent on snow conditions, weather, and resort operations, so availability may vary across the season. Colorado’s mountain towns are characterfully active with construction each spring, summer, and fall, and this residence is currently experiencing disruption from a nearby project. For added peace of mind, the villa is equipped with an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor, which measures volume levels only and does not record audio, while house rules ensure a considerate environment, with the lead guest required to be at least 25 years of age, no smoking permitted, and check-in at 16:00 with check-out at 10:00. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
