Designed for up to twelve guests, this five-bedroom, six-bathroom villa combines mountain charm with polished comfort, offering two king bedrooms, a queen, two twins, and two full-over-full bunk beds. Thoughtfully appointed living spaces invite you to gather fireside after a day in The Rockies, with generous seating and warm, natural textures that frame relaxed evenings together.

Holden Mountain Lodge is crafted for easygoing group living, whether you are travelling with extended family or a close circle of friends. A well-equipped kitchen, complete with blender, coffeemaker, espresso machine, wine cooler, and full suite of modern appliances, makes entertaining effortless, while the cinema room, game room, sound system, and satellite TV promise leisurely nights in. After mountain adventures, soothe tired muscles in the hot tub, then refresh with spa-style bathrooms featuring both showers and bathtubs, all complemented by plush towels, a washer and dryer, and convenient parking.

Practical details here are designed to keep your stay seamless. Babies, toddlers and children are warmly welcomed, and pets are also permitted, making it easier to bring the whole family to the mountains. For peace of mind, the villa is fitted with an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor that measures sound levels only and does not record audio. The home does not have air conditioning; instead, you’ll stay comfortable by opening windows to Colorado’s cool evening air after sunset, then closing windows and blinds during the day, with additional A/C units potentially available to rent for a fee. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, and check-in and check-out are set at 16:00 and 10:00 to ensure the home is perfectly prepared for your arrival. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
