Balancing privacy with togetherness, the villa comfortably hosts up to eight guests across one king and three queen bedrooms, complemented by five beautifully appointed bathrooms. A well-equipped kitchen, complete with quality appliances from coffeemaker and blender to oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, makes relaxed breakfasts and leisurely dinners a pleasure. Outside, the heated pool can be prepared on request for an additional commencement fee of $300 and $100 per day thereafter, covering the initial warm-up and ongoing maintenance to keep the water at your preferred temperature; guests should contact a Travel Advisor about these charges before confirming their stay, and note that the pool requires 12–18 hours to exceed 80°F, while the hot tub or spa takes around an hour, so heating must be arranged in advance and may take up to 48 hours to reach the desired level. Hollywood Heights Villa also observes a calm residential atmosphere, with no gatherings over 15 people without staff permission, no subletting, no illegal activities, drugs, firearms or excessive street loitering, and a strict non-smoking policy with a $1,000 fee for smoking inside, alongside check-in after 16:00 and check-out by 10:00. Private parking, washer and dryer make longer stays seamless, and for bookings of 30 nights or more an average monthly utilities cost is added to the reservation total.
