Guests should note that Notting Hill Garden does not have air conditioning; between June and September, fans are provided in each bedroom, and can be arranged at other times on request. The home accepts babies, toddlers and children but does not accept pets, and is spread across two floors with no internal elevator. Entry is via the lower-ground floor with no elevator access, where occasional sound from the communal front door may be heard, and the third bedroom is also located on this level. The second and third bedroom beds can each be prepared as either a super-king or twin singles, while the fireplace is ornamental only. A gardener visits approximately every second Monday for three to four hours, and the utility room has reduced head height and is a relatively confined space, so may not be suitable for taller guests or extended use.
