Thoughtfully designed for up to twelve guests, the home’s refined layout makes it ideal for extended families and groups travelling with friends. Five soothing bedrooms provide a flexible mix of three king beds, one queen bed, a queen sofa bed and three twin-over-twin bunks, allowing both adults and younger guests to find their own haven. Each of the five ensuite bathrooms, plus an additional half bath, offers convenience and privacy, whether you are soaking in a bath tub after a day on the slopes or stepping into a refreshing shower before an evening out in Breckenridge. A well-equipped kitchen, complete with coffeemaker, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, fridge, freezer, ice maker, kettle and dishwasher, makes it a pleasure to prepare anything from leisurely breakfasts to après-ski feasts, while satellite or cable TV, a sound system and a billiard table ensure relaxed entertainment long after the lifts close. With a fireplace at the heart of the living area and a welcoming hot tub and sauna, Peak Vista Chalet is crafted to elevate every season in the mountains.

Practical details are seamlessly woven into the experience for a stay that feels polished and effortless. Families are especially well catered for, with babies, toddlers and children all warmly welcomed, and the convenience of a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron ready for longer escapes. There is space available for two vehicles in the garage and two in the driveway, offering easy parking for your mountain adventures. This home does not have built-in air conditioning, and guests should be aware that A/C units may be available to rent for an additional fee if desired. For added reassurance, the property is equipped with an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor, which measures volume levels only and does not record audio. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, ensuring a refined and comfortable environment for every guest. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay.
