With room for up to sixteen guests, this is a home where shared ski adventures and long summer days flow effortlessly into relaxed evenings together.

Across multiple levels, every detail of Porches Lodge Grandeur has been curated for sociable gatherings and restorative downtime. A choice of 3 king beds, 1 California king, 2 queens and 3 full-over-twin bunk beds means everyone enjoys a soothing space to call their own, complemented by 7 full and 3 half bathrooms for truly stress-free mornings and unrushed nights. Days can unfold between the cinema and game room, billiard table, table football and table tennis, or outside by the barbeque, firepit and outdoor fireplace, before you sink into the hot tub or unwind beside the indoor fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen, wine storage, and thoughtful family-friendly touches – from babies and toddlers welcome to satellite or cable TV and Wi-Fi – make extended stays as seamless as they are indulgent.

Practical comforts are considered with equal care. In winter, the mountain setting means a 4WD vehicle is recommended, while in the summer season Colorado’s thriving alpine communities can bring occasional nearby construction and associated disruption. The home does not have built-in air conditioning; instead, guests typically enjoy Colorado’s cool evenings by opening windows after sunset and closing them, together with blinds, during the day, with portable A/C units available to rent for an additional fee if desired. An indoor noise-decibel monitor is installed to help protect the tranquillity of the neighbourhood; it measures volume levels only and does not record audio. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
