Guests should also note that the Italian government may require a per person, per day Visitor’s Tax depending on the villa’s location and for a limited number of days, payable locally in Euro cash. A refundable damage liability of €1,500 and a food allowance of €1,000 are both settled in cash on-site, with all extra services paid locally before departure, and pets are not permitted, ensuring the villa remains impeccably kept for every stay.
