Set in picturesque Praiano on the Amalfi Coast in Salerno Province, this stylish Campania retreat welcomes up to six guests in airy interiors that open effortlessly to balconies and terraces, drawing in the light and coastal breeze. Clean lines, generous glazing and a soothing palette create an atmosphere of refined calm the moment you arrive.

Thoughtfully arranged for both families and friends, the villa offers three beautifully composed bedrooms with a flexible bedding configuration of two queen beds and one queen/twin, ideal for couples, children or accompanying guests. Three bathrooms, including two ensuites and one adjacent, ensure comfort and privacy for all. Sun-drenched outdoor spaces invite leisurely days together, from morning coffee on the balcony to aperitivo at dusk, while the inviting pool and hot tub provide an indulgent way to unwind after exploring the charms of Praiano and the wider Amalfi Coast.

At Praiano Coastal Elegance, guests enjoy the reassurance of practical details handled with clarity. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, and a minimum stay of seven nights applies. Guests should be aware there are 24 stairs from street level to the villa’s gate and a further 24 stairs from the gate to the main villa, making this home unsuitable for those with reduced mobility. The Italian government may apply a per person, per day visitor tax for up to the first seven days of your stay, payable locally in euro cash. A mandatory exit cleaning fee is also payable in euro cash on checkout. For arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 a late arrival fee applies, and arrival after 22:00 is not possible, ensuring a peaceful setting for all guests.
