Primrose Park Elegance welcomes up to eight guests, balancing classic London architecture with contemporary comfort across four light-filled floors. Generous windows, high ceilings and thoughtfully curated furnishings create an uplifting backdrop for family time or sophisticated city breaks with friends.

The social spaces are designed for relaxed gatherings, with a main sitting area perfect for conversation and a second sitting room for quieter moments. A well-equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer makes unhurried breakfasts and lingering dinners effortless, while the dining area invites you to linger late into the evening. With a super king bed, two double beds and two single beds arranged across the four bedrooms, each guest can unwind in their own corner of calm, supported by four bathrooms featuring a mix of showers, a bath tub and a shower/tub combo. Laundry is simple thanks to the washer and dryer, and Wi‑Fi keeps everyone connected.

Primrose Park Elegance is set within a traditional London building with no elevator, and there are 25 steps up to the entrance before the home continues over four floors, making it best suited to guests comfortable with stairs. In the fourth bedroom there is no fitted wardrobe, so a quality hanging rail is provided for your clothing. Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom and the second sitting room only; between June and September, fans are placed in the other bedrooms, and they can be arranged at other times on request. Please note that the TV in the second sitting room is currently out of use, and that the lead guest must be at least 25 years old, with no smoking permitted inside the property.
