Please note that there is no built-in air conditioning; portable A/C units may be available to rent for an additional fee, and fans are provided. Parking is straightforward, with space for two vehicles in the garage and three in the driveway, though 4-wheel drive is required during the winter months. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, the lead guest must be at least 25 years old, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay.
