The flexible sleeping arrangements include three king beds, one queen, a twin-over-twin bunk and a twin trundle, giving plenty of options for couples, children and extended family. A fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances, from espresso machine and coffeemaker to blender, hob, oven and microwave, ensures easy breakfasts and relaxed dinners at home. Between the cinema room, sound system, satellite or cable TV and Wi-Fi, there is ample entertainment for quiet evenings in, while the gym, pool and hot tub add a resort-style touch to your stay.

Practical touches have been carefully considered, including a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and plush towels. Outside, a barbeque, firepit and convenient parking make mountain living wonderfully straightforward, though guests should note that four-wheel drive is required in the winter months. Colorado’s mountain towns can be lively with construction in spring, summer and fall, and this property is currently experiencing some disruption from a nearby project. For added reassurance, the chalet is fitted with an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor, which tracks volume levels only and does not record audio. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, and with check-in from 16:00 and check-out at 10:00, your time in Steamboat is shaped around comfort, clarity and ease.
