Inside, every element has been curated to welcome groups with grace and flexibility. The bedding configuration provides three split kings that can transform into six XL twins, alongside two twin-over-queen bunks and an additional inflatable queen, allowing you to tailor sleeping arrangements to your party with ease. Four ensuite bathrooms, one guest bath and an additional half bath ensure that up to twelve guests can maintain a sense of privacy and personal space, even at full occupancy. Thoughtfully equipped for indulgent downtime, the chalet features a cinema room and game room for relaxed evenings, a billiard table for a touch of friendly competition, and a hot tub for soaking tired muscles. Air-conditioning, fans, a fireplace, satellite or cable TV, a sound system and Wi-Fi enhance everyday comfort, while the well-appointed kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, ice maker, hob, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker and espresso machine, creating a refined setting for relaxed breakfasts or elegant dinners. The home is designed to welcome guests of all ages, with babies, toddlers and children all accommodated, and pets also welcome, making it easy to bring the whole family together in one beautiful Steamboat chalet. For a smooth arrival in the colder months, guests should be aware that, due to the mountain location, a 4WD vehicle is required during the winter. In summer, Colorado’s mountain towns experience a busy construction season, so you may notice some occasional disruption nearby during your stay. The property is equipped with an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor that measures volume levels only and does not record audio, supporting a respectful environment for guests and neighbours alike. To maintain the serene, private ambience of this luxury chalet, the lead guest must be at least 25 years of age and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property; check-in time is from 16:00 and departure is by 10:00, allowing housekeeping to prepare the chalet to its exacting standards for each new arrival. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
