With space for up to eight guests across three serene bedrooms, the home’s layout balances convivial gathering areas with private corners to unwind. Two king beds promise restorative sleep for adults, while two twin-over-full bunks offer a fun, practical solution for children or friends sharing. Two full bathrooms and an additional half bath keep busy mornings running smoothly, while air-conditioning, ceiling fans and a cosy fireplace ensure year-round comfort. A well-equipped kitchen, complete with blender, coffeemaker, espresso machine and full-size appliances, makes cooking at home a pleasure, and the barbeque invites relaxed evenings together. The home is equipped with an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor, which measures volume levels only and does not record audio, supporting a considerate environment for the neighbourhood. In the snowy season, 4-wheel drive is recommended to make the most of winter in The Rockies. Parking is thoughtfully arranged, with space for two vehicles in the garage and two small vehicles in the driveway, and it is important to note that additional vehicles cannot be accommodated in the Urban Way neighborhood. The villa welcomes babies, toddlers and children, while maintaining a no-smoking policy throughout, and the lead guest must be at least 25 years of age, ensuring a refined, well-managed mountain getaway in Steamboat, Colorado. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay.
