Thoughtfully designed for up to ten guests, this villa features three king beds and two queen beds arranged across four serene bedrooms, each complemented by an ensuite bathroom, plus an additional half bath to keep unhurried mornings perfectly smooth. A fully equipped kitchen, complete with coffeemaker, espresso machine, blender and full-size appliances including fridge, freezer, hob, oven, stove, microwave, toaster and dishwasher, invites leisurely breakfasts and relaxed dinners at home. After exhilarating days on the mountain, you might return to savour a soak in the bath tub, unwind by the indoor fireplace, or step outside to enjoy the barbeque and firepit under Colorado’s star-filled skies. Air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite or cable TV, a dedicated game room and on-site gym, as well as practical touches such as washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, elevator access and parking, all ensure your stay at Steamboat Peak Luxe feels effortlessly comfortable from the moment you arrive until departure.

The setting elevates the experience further, with ski-in/ski-out access that brings the mountain almost to your doorstep; this access is, however, dependent on snow conditions, weather and resort operations, so availability may vary throughout the season. Within the residence, an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor, which measures volume levels only and does not record audio, support a calm and secure environment for every guest. Guests should note that the community pool and hot tubs are currently closed for repairs, and that One Steamboat Place requires the names and ages of all guests staying in the villa prior to arrival. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, preserving the villa’s pristine condition for future stays in this exceptional Steamboat retreat. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
