Ski-in/ski-out access is available here, though always subject to snow conditions, weather and wider resort operations, so availability may vary during your stay. Guests should note that the community pool and hot tubs are currently closed for repairs, although a private hot tub amenity is listed among the building features. For peace of mind, the villa is equipped with an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor, which measures volume levels only and does not record audio. One Steamboat Place requires the names and ages of all guests in advance of arrival, and the lead guest must be at least 25 years old; smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
