Stays here are shaped by clear, thoughtful practicalities so you can plan with confidence. The community pool and hot tubs within the development are currently closed for repairs, and ski-in/ski-out access is always subject to snow conditions, weather and wider resort operations, so availability may vary throughout the season. One Steamboat Place requires the full names and ages of all guests before arrival, and the lead guest must be at least 25 years old; in addition, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the residence. For enhanced peace of mind, the home is fitted with an indoor noise-decibel monitor that measures volume levels only and does not record audio, while check-in from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00 help ensure smooth, seamless turnovers between guests. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
