With four beautifully appointed bedrooms and six bathrooms, this sprawling villa comfortably accommodates up to fourteen guests. The considered bedding layout includes two sumptuous king beds, four XL twin-over-full bunks, and a queen sofa bed, making Steamboat Summit Luxe ideal for multi-generational families and larger groups travelling together. A fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, from espresso machine to blender, invites you to prepare hearty mountain breakfasts or elegant dinners at home. After days exploring Steamboat, unwind with your favourite shows on the TV, enjoy games together in the game room, or simply sink into the sofa and savour the stillness.

Every stay here blends comfort with clarity and ease. The residence benefits from air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, parking, elevator access, and family-friendly touches welcoming babies, children, and toddlers. Guests have access to a gym, while on-site hot tub, pool, and ski-in/ski-out facilities are part of the wider community; please note that the community pool and hot tubs are currently closed for repairs, and ski-in/ski-out access is always dependent on snow conditions, weather, and resort operations. For your peace of mind, the home features an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor that tracks volume levels only and does not record audio. In line with community requirements, the names and ages of all guests must be provided before arrival, the lead guest must be at least twenty-five years old, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, allowing the team to prepare the penthouse to its highest standard for each new arrival. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
