Perfect for family gatherings or a small group of friends, this three-bedroom villa accommodates up to ten guests with two king beds and two extra-long twin over queen bunks. Thoughtfully zoned living and sleeping areas ensure everyone can unwind in comfort, while air-conditioning keeps the atmosphere fresh after exhilarating days on the mountain.

Inside, refined alpine style meets modern convenience. A welcoming fireplace anchors the main living space, ideal for relaxed evenings after a session in the ski-in/out terrain or a workout in the on-site gym. Home chefs will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, complete with espresso machine, blender, and generous cooking appliances, while a barbeque and firepit invite convivial moments outdoors. Three ensuite bathrooms plus an additional half bath, along with a bath tub, steam shower, and quality linens, create a spa-like feel, and a washer, dryer, and elevator access add effortless ease to your stay at Steamboat Summit Penthouse.

This villa’s slopeside setting offers easy access to the gondola, though ski-in/ski-out convenience is always dependent on snow, weather, and resort operations. The community pool and hot tubs are currently closed for repairs, so relaxation will centre on the residence’s own comforts instead. For peace of mind, the property features an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor that tracks volume levels only without recording audio. The building provides parking, Wi-Fi, TV with satellite or cable, and a game room, and welcomes babies, children, and toddlers, but the lead guest must be at least 25 years old and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. One Steamboat Place also requires the names and ages of all guests before arrival, with check-in from 16:00 and check-out at 10:00. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
