Set in the heart of The Rockies, this expansive retreat is designed for discerning travellers seeking both indulgence and ease, from multi-generational families to sophisticated groups of friends. Grand yet inviting living areas are arranged around a striking fireplace, creating a natural gathering point for shared après-ski moments, leisurely evenings, and relaxed conversation. Rich textures, warm woods, and carefully curated finishes lend a sense of refined comfort, while expansive windows frame the alpine setting and enhance the connection between indoors and out.

With six beautifully appointed bedrooms and six ensuite bathrooms plus an additional half bath, the chalet ensures privacy, comfort, and effortless flow for larger parties. The flexible bedding configuration, including four king beds, a split king that can convert into two XL twins, a queen-over-queen bunk, and an XL twin-over-XL twin bunk, is perfectly suited to adults, teens, and younger guests alike. A dedicated game room with billiard table invites friendly competition, while the hot tub and outdoor fire features offer a serene spot to unwind under Colorado’s star-filled skies. Thoughtful amenities such as satellite or cable TV, a sound system, Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen with premium appliances, including coffeemaker, blender, ice maker, and toaster, allow every day at Summit Epic Luxe to feel relaxed, seamless, and tailored to your preferred pace in the mountains.

Practical details are carefully aligned with the Breckenridge climate and terrain, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay from arrival to departure. A 4WD vehicle is required during the winter months, and there is generous parking for two vehicles in the garage and three in the driveway. The home does not have built-in air conditioning, though fans are provided and portable A/C units may be available to rent for an additional fee. For added reassurance, the property is equipped with an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor that measures volume only and does not record audio. Ski-in/ski-out access adds wonderful convenience but is always dependent on snow conditions, weather, and resort operations, so availability may vary. The lead guest must be at least twenty-five years old, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, and check-in is from 16:00 with check-out at 10:00, allowing the team ample time to prepare the chalet to its exacting standards for each new arrival. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
