The home does not have air conditioning, though portable A/C units may be available to rent for an additional fee if needed. An exterior security camera helps safeguard the property, while an indoor noise-decibel monitor measures volume levels only and does not record audio, supporting a respectful environment in line with the no-smoking policy and minimum lead guest age of twenty-five, with arrivals from 16:00 and departure by 10:00.A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay.
