Summit Grandeur Lodge rises over five luxurious levels in Breckenridge, Colorado, welcoming up to twenty guests to savour generous space, refined comfort and elevated alpine style. Eight beautifully appointed bedrooms, including six sumptuous king beds plus a twin-over-twin bunk and four twin-over-queen bunks, create a sophisticated retreat for multi-generation families, celebratory groups and close friends who value both privacy and time together. Expansive open-plan living areas invite long evenings by the fireplace, relaxed conversations that flow from sofa to bar stool, and lingering moments that make the most of this enviable mountain setting.

Designed as an indulgent base between days on the slopes or exploring The Rockies, Summit Grandeur Lodge offers an abundance of ways to unwind. Begin each morning in the well-equipped kitchen, where premium appliances, a coffeemaker, blender and generous prep space make it a pleasure to cook and gather. Return from adventure to sink into the inviting hot tub, stretch out in the generous lounge with satellite or cable TV and sound system, or host lively tournaments around the billiard table and table football. A private gym, elevator, washer and dryer, and thoughtful family-friendly touches for babies, toddlers and children ensure that every generation is impeccably looked after, while the firepit, barbeque, Wi-Fi and considered lighting set the tone for effortlessly elegant evenings at home.

Practical details are carefully curated to support a seamless stay, so guests can relax with complete confidence. The home is fitted with an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor that measures volume levels only and does not record audio. For arrivals in the snowy season, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is required, and while ski-in/ski-out access is available, it remains dependent on snow conditions, weather and resort operations. There is ample parking, with space for three vehicles in the garage and three in the driveway. The residence does not have built-in air conditioning; however, portable A/C units may be available to rent for an additional fee for added comfort in warmer periods. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, and check-in is from 16:00 with check-out by 10:00, keeping every aspect of your Breckenridge escape beautifully organised. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
