The thoughtful bedding configuration includes six king beds, three queens, multiple full-over-full bunks and a queen sofa bed, paired with nine ensuite bathrooms and an additional half bath to keep everyone at ease throughout their stay. Families appreciate the baby, toddler and child-friendly touches, while the billiard table, satellite or cable TV and high-speed Wi-Fi ensure effortless downtime after days spent exploring Steamboat and the wider Rockies. Returning to Summit Panorama Grande each evening, a soothing soak in the hot tub or a relaxing steam shower becomes part of the ritual.

Practical details are carefully considered to keep your stay seamless. In winter, a 4WD vehicle is recommended for added peace of mind in snowy conditions, and guests should be aware that Colorado’s mountain towns can be busy with construction each spring, summer and fall, with occasional daytime disruption possible. For your security and the protection of the home, there is an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor that tracks volume levels only, without recording audio. The villa is strictly no-smoking, and the lead guest must be at least twenty-five years of age. Check-in is from 16:00, with check-out at 10:00, supported by conveniences such as an elevator, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and thoughtful bathroom amenities including bathtubs, showers, steam shower and fluffy towels. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
