For guest security and peace of mind, the property features an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor that tracks sound levels only without recording audio. The home is not equipped with built-in air conditioning; portable A/C units may be available to rent for an additional fee if desired. Ski-in/ski-out access is wonderfully convenient yet always subject to weather, snow conditions and resort operations, so daily availability can vary. With generous bedding options, including king, queen and XL twin configurations plus twin-over-queen bunks, as well as a strict no-smoking policy and a requirement that the lead guest be at least twenty-five, this chalet offers a polished, family-friendly setting in the heart of the Rockies. A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay.
