With air-conditioning throughout and thoughtful touches such as a dedicated office and high-speed Wi-Fi, it is as well suited to extended breaks as it is to a long weekend in the Rockies.

Five beautifully appointed bedrooms, including four king rooms, ensure every guest enjoys a sense of privacy and calm. Two bunk setups and a sofabed make Vail Fairway Lodge ideal for multi-generational families or groups of friends travelling together. Six bathrooms, including five ensuites and a half bath, add an effortless ease to your mornings, whether you are preparing for first tracks or an afternoon exploring Colorado’s mountain towns. A fully equipped kitchen – with espresso machine, coffeemaker, blender and full suite of appliances – means memorable dinners are as simple as picking up ingredients on the way home and firing up the barbeque or hob.

Long, active days give way to restorative evenings in the hot tub, easy laundry with washer and dryer, and the convenience of on-site parking. Guests should note that everyone in the group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and the lead guest must be at least 25. The maximum number of cars is four, with two permitted in the driveway and two in the garage, and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. There is also a non-refundable home protection and service charge of between $100 and $500, depending on the size of the home, which will be applied to your stay. Upon your arrival we will secure a $1 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
