Thoughtfully designed for up to twelve guests, this expansive villa offers five serene bedrooms with four sumptuous king beds and two twin-over-twin bunks, ideal for families or friends sharing the mountain experience. Each of the five ensuite bathrooms provides a private spa-like haven, complemented by an additional half bath for effortless flow. Air-conditioning keeps summers cool, while the fireplace becomes a cosy focal point on crisp Colorado evenings. A sleek, fully equipped kitchen featuring premium appliances, from a coffeemaker and blender to an ice maker and dishwasher, makes it effortless to gather over leisurely breakfasts or celebratory dinners. Guests have use of a spacious garage with room for two cars, and as this is the only parking available at the home, there is strictly no parking permitted in the driveway. For added peace of mind, the property is fitted with an exterior security camera and an indoor noise-decibel monitor that tracks volume levels only and does not record audio. In winter, the approach to Steamboat and the surrounding roads can be demanding, so a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended. This is a refined, smoke-free villa welcoming babies, children, and toddlers, with the lead guest required to be at least 25 years old, and check-in from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00.
